Welcome to Treasured Memories Imaging, a premier 3D/4D ultrasound studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment or engaging with our studio.

1. General Information

  • Treasured Memories Imaging provides non-diagnostic 3D/4D ultrasound imaging services. Our services are for entertainment and bonding purposes only and are not a substitute for medical examinations or prenatal care.

  • We recommend that all clients continue to consult with their healthcare provider for medical advice and prenatal care.

2. Eligibility for Services

  • Clients must be under the care of a licensed healthcare provider and provide proof of routine prenatal care.

  • Clients must be at least 6 weeks pregnant to use our services.

3. Appointments

  • Appointments are required for all services and can be scheduled through our website, phone, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the studio’s discretion.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows will not receive a refund of the deposit.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions.

  • If the baby’s position or other factors prevent clear imaging, a rescan may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

6. Health and Safety

  • Treasured Memories Imaging adheres to industry safety standards for ultrasound imaging. Sessions are performed by trained professionals using FDA-approved equipment.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their ability to undergo an ultrasound session.

7. Privacy and Data

  • Personal information collected during scheduling or services is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving client experience. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.

  • Images and recordings from sessions may be stored securely for a limited time for client access. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time.

  • SMS Consent: By providing your phone number during booking or registration, you consent to receive SMS communications from Treasured Memories Imaging related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

8. Photography and Recording

  • Clients may take photos and videos during their sessions for personal use.

  • Treasured Memories Imaging reserves the right to use non-identifiable images or recordings for promotional purposes with client consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Treasured Memories Imaging is not responsible for any decisions or actions made based on images or recordings from our services.

  • We are not liable for any technical issues, such as equipment malfunctions or environmental factors, that may impact the quality of the session.

10. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a professional and family-friendly environment. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

11. Amendments

  • Treasured Memories Imaging reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.​
